Questions at BHRUT seeking information for preparation for second Judicial Review against the Tesco Toxic Towers
Q1 Today, the
Sunday Times is reporting substantial cuts to BHRUT and other English hospitals
per the photo attached.
How many medical
staff will be cut as a consequence of these cuts, and can I have an assurance
that children's services will be protected?
Q2 Does the board agree the
rights given to residents under the Aarhus convention mean that this board should
be willing to give confidential patient information, such as full postcodes,
date of admission etc to an academic regarding child deaths and hospital admission
linked to air pollution to test to whether the Mayor’s modelled data on this
subject withstands scrutiny?
Reason High Rise Towers
are being built across London, but the type of filter and how high they should
be at the proposed towers appears arbitrary. Examining past child health data
and future data is essential tool to protecting children from pollution.
Q3 This is a verbal
request using rights given to residents using environmental regulations based
upon the Aarhus convention asking the board to give me all correspondence between
this board and the London Mayor MPs, GLA members and Councillors, relating to
how BHRUT should cope with the increased population caused by the London Plan
in the previous five years.
Q4 This is a verbal request using rights given to
residents using environmental regulations based upon the Aarhus convention asking
the board to give me all correspondence between this board and MPs, GLA members,
Councillors and NHS relating to the reported £35M A&E rebuild.
Q5 This is a verbal request using rights given to
residents using environmental regulations based upon the Aarhus convention asking
the board to disclose how many, if any, extra in-patient beds will be built in
the proposed £35M A&E extension.
