Keith Prince helps the campaign to stop the Tesco Toxic Towers

Following a meeting with the campaign team, Keith Prince, the London Assembly Member for Havering and Redbridge, wrote the following email to Councillor Kam Rai, Leader of Redbridge Council.

“Dear Cllr Rai
Re Tesco Extra site (Goodmayes ward), 822 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Romford RM6 4HY
Andy Walker, a local resident, has sent me the attached Freedom of Information request along with a photo extracted from the request indicating that the amended plan for the site would be the subject to consultation and then go to a Redbridge Planning Committee.
I would welcome an assurance that the London Borough of Redbridge and Tesco expect that the new plan for the site, which I am advised appears to have a hotel instead of primary school, will be required to go to consultation and then to a Planning Committee.
