Residents public meeting: 8pm Monday 3^rd February 2025 at Methodist Church Hall, Percy Road IG3 8DQ: Stop the Tesco Toxic Towers:

Thank you to everyone who has contributed recently via the gofund.me/8365c858  site. We have raised £740 cash and £1500 raised via the go fund me site for the next legal campaign. Another £140 means we reach 14% of our initial target.

At time of writing is unclear whether the Tesco application, which is expected to include a hotel at the site rather than school, will go to a planning committee.

A planning committee is best for the campaign because it will lead to a delay of around 12 months and maybe more, which will allow us more time to reach the funding target. I expect to have an update on this at the meeting.
