Dear Residents 14th June 2020

The Tesco Goodmayes Application is being rigged with a bent air quality report

Councils have a duty to measure the impact on air quality by major development. So in October 2019 the council commissioned an air quality report which discovered an increase of 0.8% in toxic NO2 pollution as a consequence if the development goes ahead.
By January 2020, a new doctored report was commissioned, with 12 pages deleted including the reference to the increase in NO2 pollution.

The campaign have a crowdfunder appeal to commission Professor Peckham to produce a air quality report to challenge the bent Tesco air report. Professor Peckham's evidence was a key factor at the Court of Appeal last year when a development was stopped on air quality grounds (1). We need to raise £3600, so far we have £845, the site is at:
crowdfunder.co.uk/tttreport

along with an example of Professor Peckham's work. This appeal is urgent as the application may be heard on July 16th. This conspiracy to suppress the October 2019 air quality report must be challenged (2). As yet Redbridge Council have not made a substantive reply to my allegation. More information is at site above.
