Question re bent report for cabinet on Thursday

My question to Cllr Athwal, the Leader of Redbridge Council this Thursday

Why did this Council commission a substitute bent January 2020 air quality report (which had 12 pages deleted from an earlier October 2019 report including an admission that the development would cause an increase in toxic NO2), to rig the planning committee decision in favour of Tescos?
