Which applications have been turned down in Redbridge on air quality grounds

Freedom of information request today, the purpose is to find which applications have been turned down on air quality grounds as disclosed at the Council overview meeting last night. The purpose is to find out if any of these refusals are helpful to our campaign. 

Dear Sir or Madam

Your overview committee held on 17th June 2020 published information on planning applications where air quality (LP24) was refused at page 49. I note later in the overview paper that where air quality was used as a ground for refusal as follows.

"A degree of caution should be applied to the statistics as no planning applications were refused solely on the basis of the developments inadequately meeting the requirements of LP24."

I am aware that during the C-19 crisis Freedom of information resources have been diverted for emergency purposes.

However, the planning committee is continue to meet so it must be fair that the public and the Councillors who hear the application have relevant information to hand. I seek the following information within the standard 20 days. 

1 - For the year 2015/16 The application number of the six E8 refusals. If the detailed reasons for refusal have not been published due to the application not coming to committee, them please supply these detailed reasons for refusal.

2 - For the year 2016/17 The application number of the ten E8  refusals. If the detailed reasons for refusal have not been published due to the application not coming to committee, them please supply these detailed reasons for refusal.

3 - For the year 2017/18 The application number of the ten E8 refusals. If the detailed reasons for refusal have not been published due to the application not coming to committee, them please supply these detailed reasons for refusal.

4 - For the year 2018/19 The overview document states "A total of 47 planning applications were refused with LP24: Pollution being used in the consideration of the application." Please supply the application number for these 47 planning applications. If the detailed reasons for refusal have not been published due to the application not coming to committee, them please supply these detailed reasons for refusal.
