Video appeal to Cllr Athwal to tell us what is going on with his cumulative impact report

 I make a video appeal to Cllr Jas Athwal, Leader of Redbridge Council, below for more information about the cumulative impact report he commissioned in June 2020. It is wrong to suppress information about a publicly funded report. 

This is just speculation on my part, but my guess is Jas does not want the report published because it would make it more difficult for the Tesco and other developments to be passed.

Any reasonable report would cast doubt on whether local health and education resources would be able to cope with the huge expansion planned. There would also be the expectation that the extra pollution caused would be a factor at planning committees. How local roads are already congested, the huge amount of housing planned will make it worse.
