Let the residents' champion attend this vital meeting remotely

 This is Dr Mills, giving his statement for the planning application for the Tesco Toxic Towers hearing on 27th May. At time of writing Redbridge Labour will not allow Dr Mills to give his statement remotely. Dr Mills cannot make the meeting in person due to child care reasons, I have appealed to Cllr Athwal to intervene. It is only fair that the residents' champion be allowed to attend the meeting remotely.
