Draft leaflet for schools: Labour Bullies Kids at High Court!

This is a leaflet for schools in September, it will be sent to Labour and BHRUT should they wish to comment

Labour Bullies Kids at High Court!

A UN convention says environmental court costs should not be hugely expensive. Labour is breaching this convention by applying for unlimited costs in the stop the Tesco Toxic Towers court case.

Should Labour’s application for costs succeed the court case will be withdrawn.

The objections of two local primary schools feature in legal arguments lodged at court. The death of Ella Adoo-Kissi-Debrah shows air pollution can kill.

Labour needs to withdraw their application for unlimited costs otherwise the voices of children will not be heard at court. Should you agree this is wrong please write to Cllr Athwal, the Leader of Redbridge Council & Labour Councillors, at jas.athwal@redbridge.gov.uk.

Local Hospitals cannot Cope

A recently released document shows there has been no overnight child consultant cover at King George Hospital since 2014. Doctors have been/are travelling to King George to help out in emergencies. Should the Tesco Toxic Towers be built it is bound to increase the risks of poor care for children at King George. If can donate £5 or more to the legal fund to stop the Tesco Toxic Towers please  crowdjustice.com/case/stop-the-tesco-toxic-towers or scan

King George Hospital management and Labour  were given an opportunity to provide a quote for this leaflet but declined to comment. More information is at stopthetescotoxictowers.blogspot.com or phone Andy on 07956 263088
