Dear Residents
Stop Labour Bullying Kids at
the High Court!
Public meeting 8pm Tuesday
13th September Methodist Church Hall Percy Road IG3 8UA
A UN convention says
environmental court costs should not be hugely expensive. Labour is breaching
this convention by applying for unlimited costs in the Stop the Tesco Toxic
Towers court case. The court case will be withdrawn if the Labour application
is successful.
The objections of two local
primary schools feature in legal arguments lodged at court. The death of Ella
Adoo-Kissi-Debrah shows air pollution can kill.
Labour needs to withdraw their
application for unlimited costs otherwise the voices of children may not be
heard at court. Should you agree this is wrong please write to the Leader of
Redbridge Council & Labour Councillors, Cllr Athwal at
jas.athwal@redbridge.gov.uk.
Local Hospitals cannot Cope
King George & Queens
Hospitals had the worst type 1 four hour A&E performance in England in July
2022. Research shows long waits at A&E are linked to worse care leading to
longer stays in hospital and higher death rates. If the Tesco development
goes ahead along with other developments it seems bound to make NHS care worse
for your family. If you can donate £5 or more to the legal fund to Stop the Tesco Toxic
Towers, please go to crowdjustice.com/case/stop-the-tesco-toxic-towers or scan
