Permission refused: awaiting advice regarding an appeal

 I regret to report our application for judicial review has been refused on paper.

The order is at ORDER

I have asked for advice about an appeal and will report shortly.

The question of costs is yet to be resolved per the order.

I had advice once the judge had made a decision about costs I could publish our defence. So I attach our barristers defence re the Council and Weston Homes decision to go for more than £15,000 should they win.

It shows the Council claim that I am multi-millionaire to be a nonsense.
