Stop the Tesco Toxic Towers! 9pm Deadline today to get our KC for the 29^th November hearing

 

The crowdfunding has raised £6,960, we need to get to £11,000 this evening at 9pm to get Richard Harwood OBE KC to represent at the hearing on the 29^th November hearing.

 

A resident has written to say why the focus on the proposed school as the development just gets built anyway. The reason for the school focus is if the court say the school should be set inside the development, then the whole application should be quashed.

 

Tesco could come back with a new application. This would take at least 18 months to the Council, the GLA and the Secretary of State and we could then look at another legal challenge.
