The hearing will take place in person at the Royal Courts of Justice in accordance with the ordinary practice in the Administrative Court.

 

The Judge hearing the case may, if there are compelling circumstances, either

 

(a) permit some persons to attend the hearing by video link with others attend in court as usual (a “CVP hearing”); or

(b) decide that the hearing should be conducted entirely by video or phone call (hearings by video call take place using Microsoft Teams).

 

If you wish to make any such application you must do so as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 14 working days before the hearing date to Administrative Court Office, General Office generaloffice@administrativecourtoffice.justice.gov.uk. The application must be made by Application Notice (Form N244), with a fee of £275 and must set out in full, all matters relied on.
