Stop the Tesco Toxic Towers!

Public Meeting 8pm Monday 5^th December 2022 8pm Methodist Church Hall, Percy Road IG3 8UA

 

The main news is the hearing was adjourned at the 29^th November until the 14^th December due to Andy no longer having legal representation. A report about this is the blog above dated 29^th November.

 

I will be applying to the court for further documents on the 6^th December. The dreadful A&E performance at King George and Queens deserves to go into the court bundle. At time of writing, I have found a barrister willing to represent us, however, I have not found solicitors who are willing to take the case at short notice.

 

Three supporters came to the hearing on the 29^th .We were outnumbered by the Council and Weston Homes. It would be great if you could attend the hearing on the 14^th December.

 

Key points to discuss at the meeting are how we get more elected representatives on board and more supporters to the hearing on the 14^th December.
