Dear Sir or Madam

Stop the Tesco Toxic Towers!

Requesting permission for a photo shoot outside your store on Sunday 15^th  January at 4pm

The Stop the Tesco Toxic Towers campaign has a permission hearing in the near future.

The hearing will hear the campaign argument that the proposed school at the development is unlawful due to it being beside the busy polluting High Road without any air filters to protect the children attending.

Tesco appear to be partially funding the school via a 106 agreement, available at the above blog in a post dated 3^rd January 2023.

The purpose of the photo shoot is to persuade Tesco to either site the school inside the development or at the very least provide air pollution filters for the school.

Filters for the school appear completely reasonable when the adjacent flats have filters to the seventh floor.

I hope to hear from you in due course about whether permission for the photo shoot can be granted.
