Disappointment that Cllr Athwal did not allow residents to speak at cabinet last night

 Cllr Jas Athwal hid behind stand orders last night as an excuse not to let Goodmayes Avenue residents speak about the dust, noise and vibration issues caused by the Homebase construction site.

This is unacceptable, particularly as Jas suspended standing to let Liz Martins of the Save Wanstead Youth Centre to speak immediately after refusing Goodmayes Avenue residents to speak.

Jas is still not providing the dust management plan and details of inspections.
