Judgment from the 14th February hearing at the High Court

Our skeleton argument went in yesterday too. Our barrister argued at the High Court that the school should have been inside the development away from the main road. The judgment above ignored this point and this appears to me to be our best point at the court of appeal.

If the judgement stands it will mean developers will be able to place school beside busy polluting roads even when alternative safer sites at the same development could have been used.
