Questions for Homebase site manager ahead of meeting

 Questions

1) Residents will ask about dust and debris coming into houses and so windows having to be closed

2) Driveways being blocked

3) Copy of dust management plan and details of council inspections

4) Notice given to residents when out of hours working takes place

5) Contact email and phone for site manager, especially helpful when driveways are blocked.

6) Will Fairview inspect properties with cracks in walls caused by vibration

I have questions which I would be grateful if you could forward to Chief Office

7) Will Fairview support the Skipton’s proposal to allow 100% mortgages for renters? Per

https://www.themoneyedit.com/mortgages/mortgage-no-deposit

I disclose that I am a home owner and a landlord so have an interest in anything which increases buyer demand and so house prices

8) I have seeking information about child death and hospital admission statistics linked to air pollution to be given to an academic. Does Fairview support this? It relates to your development because the air pollution filters effectiveness for the ground floor and first floor flats can only be judged with these statistics.

I write about this at https://stopthetescotoxictowers.blogspot.com/2023/05/asking-bhrut-to-allow-child-death-and.html

And https://stopthetescotoxictowers.blogspot.com/2023/05/briefing-on-great-ormond-street-freedom.html

Both 7 and 8 relate to my concerns that these flats will be slums of the future.
