Your support for the Stop the Tesco Toxic Towers Judicial Review requested

Three High Court judges have given differing judgments as to why the Tesco Toxic Towers should go ahead.

However, none of them have addressed our strongest point, namely, even if the development goes ahead the proposed school should go inside the development. Under separate cover I have sent you Weston Homes defence at the Court of Appeal, they too ignore our point about the school’s location.

We rely on the Cameron v Manchester Council High Court case as an authority where a development was stopped because it would cause pollution close to a school.

The proposed flats adjacent to the school have air pollution filters planned to the seventh floor showing how toxic the location facing the High Road is.

 

A statement from you supporting our judicial review would be very welcome.
