Tesco Toxic Towers staircase mystery

 I have looked the Tesco judicial review bundle here Bundle.pdf - Google Drive, there is no mention of staircases at all.

This could be significant if the towers have single staircases per the article below:

Let's hope Tesco or Redbridge Labour tell us the number of staircases shortly.
