Rt Hon Jacqui Smith, the Chair of BHRUT, will look into my request for data based on the Aarhus Convention and why this helps our campaign
Earlier today at the BHRUT board meeting I asked Rt Hon
Jacqui Smith, the Chair of BHRUT, whether the board would allow a verbal
request for information relying environmental regulations which stem from the
Aarhus Convention in the new year.
Ms Smith said she would consider the matter, so the judgment I mentioned at the meeting earlier today is at the link

along with Ms Smith's reply to my question below.
My belief is that if we can send child death and hospital admission
data linked to air pollution listing
Full postcodes
Dates of death and/or admission
And tie them in with in high pollution days it is likely to
show sites such as the Tesco Toxic Towers are so toxic that building there will
not be allowed by planning committees.
The site of the Tesco Toxic Towers is particularly blighted
by noise, EMF and vibration pollution and Crossrail.
I am canvassing for local groups to sign the request and I will report more in due course.
