Hotel instead of school being considered for the Tesco Toxic Towers site

Thank you to Redbridge Council for sending me information regarding preparations for the new Tesco Toxic Towers.

The school is being considered for class E use or a Hotel or perhaps a combination of the two. The application plan below appears a work in progress so the plan appears provisional rather than the final plan to go to the planning committee. Class E appears to allow a GP practice, sports facilities or retail.
