Dear Residents
Photo shoot 1pm Saturday 4th October outside the Tesco Store
We will hand in a letter calling for a new consultation and perhaps seek that the new application be heard by Councillors, not a planning officer. This is because at at time of writing it appears the new plan which is at
planning.redbridge.gov.uk/redbridge/application-details/206592#documents
will be decided upon by a Redbridge Planning Officer. This newsletter is on-line at the above blog as well to make it easier to click on the link. Earlier this year, Labour promised it would be decided upon by a planing committee. I have written to the council and will post news on the reply at our WhatsApp group which is below.
Redbridge planning officers have a conflict of interest because the council receives substantial pre-application fees from Weston Homes, the Tesco developer.

Any challenge will be over the lack of NHS capacity and/or climate change,
Regards
