Dear Sir or Madam

1280 flats planned for Tesco Goodmayes site

We have read that Tesco is considering a hotel for your Goodmayes Tesco site instead of where the primary school was planned.

Whilst we will be campaigning against the planned development, if it does go ahead we say the space set aside for the school should be taken up entirely for the benefit of local residents.

To make the point again, we do not want the development to go ahead, but a GP practice and a sports centre on the site would be far better than a hotel. We would expect monthly monitoring of local  hospitals to make sure the air filters proposed at the site are working. Advances in information technology make this possible at a little cost with the information being sent to the GP Practice on site if the development were to go ahead with a GP practice.

The GP practice is especially important, especially in light of the critical incident at Queens recently covered in the Ilford Recorder,

We we have a long way to reach our initial funding target for legal advice, a GP practice at the site would help keep down the numbers visiting King George and Queens. Any lack of NHS provision at the your site would be to the attention of any lawyers we instruct.
