While it references anticipated planning obligations “to relevant social infrastructure,” no provision is made for health. Based on the proposed development of 1,379 homes, local patient numbers would rise considerably, increasing the average GP-to-patient ratio across local practices to approximately 1:4,211. This represents a clear and material worsening of access to health services .”...
